Remember how I was telling you about that one Christmas where my husband started concocting these really fun ice cream float drinks? Well, this comes from that same era. I don’t think I had ever had Peppermint Ice Cream before that Christmas. He introduced it to me and I really enjoyed it. But I enjoyed it even more when he introduced his newest innovation in ice cream floats to me. When he brought the pink, foamy, pretty Coca-Cola glass over to me, he instantly came up with the name and said, “This is what I call a Rosemary Clooney!” This is as easy as it is tasty. I hope this will become part of your Christmas traditions like it has ours. It’s such a fun sippable treat to enjoy while gazing at the twinkling lights of the Christmas tree, curling up by the fire, or enjoying a Holiday classic on TV! Enjoy!
