Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Who doesn’t like pizza? Who doesn’t like Chicken Alfredo? Why not combine the two into a fun, yummy dish that will add a little excitement to your menu? I made this a month or so ago in a mad dash to beat the power going out during the midst of a mega storm that passed through town.  Honestly, I made it like 2 hours before we were going to eat it, left it on a pizza dish, and wrapped it with foil in case the microwave or oven were not functioning the rest of the evening.  I think it only added to the deliciousness of it!  Wow.  I’m drooling just thinking about it.  For your chicken, might I recommend using some leftover Rock Salt Roast Chicken?  You can use a pizza crust mix, or you can use a great home made recipe like this.  Anyway you do it, honey, it’s going to be off the chainnnnnnnnn!
