Emily’s Tried and True Hamburgers

Want to know a secret? I make a mean burger. I’m here to tell you that if you want to taste summer in your mouth, these burgers are IT. You know what can make them even better? If you make these rolls into buns, and toast them with butter on one side and cheese on the other, you’ll be in hog heaven. You’re going to want to be sure to have some of my baked beans and corn on the cob handy as well.

Emily’s Tried and True Hamburgers

Reach For:
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
A couple dashes of Worcestershire sauce (Like maybe 1-2 tsp)
A couple sprinkles of Lowry’s Seasoning
1 tsp salt (preferably Kosher)
½ tsp pepper

Directions:

Combine onion, garlic, Worcestershire, and seasonings.  Add beef.  Mix well with hands to ensure that it absorbs the flavorings.  Form into 4-6 hamburger patties.  Grill (or cook in skillet) until well done with no pink on the inside.  Serve on a warm, toasted bun with the cheese and toppings of your choice.

Serves:
4-6
