Grilled Corn on the Cob

When it comes to grilling, I say the simpler the better. It can start to feel overwhelming when you have a lot of dishes you’re trying to throw on the barbie. I say, why complicate things when you can have good, simple dishes that will tickle your taste buds.  Give this grilled corn on the cob recipe a try. If you want to have a really great meal, pair it with my burgers and my baked beans.

Grilled Corn on the Cob

Reach For:
4-6 ears of fresh corn on the cob
3-4 TBSP olive oil
Kosher Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Cayenne Pepper (to taste/ optional)

Directions:
Shuck and clean corn, pat dry. Place in a 9×13 Pyrex dish. Drizzle olive oil over corn, sprinkle spices over top. Roll corn in dish and make sure all ears are well covered.Place corn on grill and cook until slightly browned and crispy, approximately 10-15 minutes, rotating often.

Serves:
4-6
